What happens when I run out of try-ons?
When you exhaust your monthly try-on quota, the virtual try-on widget will pause for your customers until the next billing cycle begins. You can upgrade your plan at any time for an immediate increase in your quota, or purchase add-on credit packs to top up without switching plans. We send usage alerts at 80% and 100% so you are never caught off guard.
Can I change plans anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your VibeTry plan at any point directly from the Shopify admin. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing period so you keep your current quota until then.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Preview plan is completely free and gives you 10 try-ons every month with no time limit. It is the perfect way to test VibeTry on your store, see how customers interact with the widget, and evaluate the impact on conversions before committing to a paid plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
All billing is handled through Shopify, so you can use any payment method accepted by your Shopify account, including credit cards, debit cards, and Shopify Balance. There are no separate invoices or payment portals to manage.
Do you offer custom enterprise plans?
We do. If your store requires more than 750 try-ons per month, needs dedicated infrastructure, or has specific compliance requirements, reach out to our team and we will create a tailored plan. Enterprise customers also receive a dedicated account manager, custom SLA, and priority onboarding support.
